1. How to create an inventory for the Vendor?
  • Login to Antiquesoft with your username and password.
  • Go to the Inventory menu
  • Click on New Inventory
  • Load the vendor from the vendor search button and you will find a list of vendors, select the relevant one.
  • Then select the Category, enter the Stock ID, Item Description, Rate, Quantity, discount, and other required fields.
  • Click on the ‘Add’ button and the Inventory will be added to the grid.
  • To add multiple inventory items, again select the category, enter the Stock ID, Item Description, Rate, Quantity, discount and other required fields and this process continues until all the items are added.
  • If you want to generate the barcode label for inventory items, then select the barcode template from the dropdown and click on “Save and Print Barcode” or else click on ‘Save and New’ or ‘Save and Close’ to save the inventories in the system.
2. How to Change the Item description, price of an existing Inventory item?
  • Login to Antiquesoft with your username and password.
  • Go to the Inventory menu
  • Click on Stock Details
  • Load the vendor from the vendor search button
  • It will then generate a list of existing inventories.
  • From the list, select the inventory that needs to be modified.
  • Then click on ‘Edit’ option
  • Change the text under ‘Item Description’ field and edit the price.
  • Finally click on Save.
3. How to delete an existing Inventory item?
  • Login to Antiquesoft with your username and password.
  • Go to the Inventory menu
  • Click on Stock Details
  • Load the vendor from the vendor search button
  • It will generate a list of existing inventories.
  • Select the Inventory that need to be deleted
  • Then click on ‘Return’ button to delete the inventory from the system.
  • Specify the count under ‘Return Item Quantity.’
  • Mention the reason for return.
  • Finally, click on save button to delete inventory from Antiquesoft.
4. How to Print required number of Barcodes?
  • Login to Antiquesoft with your username and password.
  • Go to the Inventory Menu.
  • Click on the Stock Details Module.
  • Click on the Vendor search button and load the required vendor.
  • Click on the checkbox against the line item of the inventory for which you want to print the barcode.
  • Then click on the corresponding column called ‘Count’.
  • Mention the required number of barcodes to be printed.
  • Finally click on the ‘Print Selected Barcodes’ button to print the required quantity of Barcodes.
5. How to import the Inventory items from Microsoft Excel?
  • Login to Antiquesoft with your username and password.
  • Go to the Inventory Menu
  • Click on the last option ‘Import Inventory from Excel Sheet’.
  • Click on the button beside the text box at the top right corner.
  • Navigate to the relevant folder in your computer where the file is kept for import and select the required excel file that needs to be imported.
  • Click on the Vendor search button and load the required vendor.
  • Select the Item category by clicking on the drop-down button.
  • Finally click on the Import Button.
6. How to generate smaller Barcode 5195 label for Smaller Items?
  • Login to Antiquesoft with your username and password.
  • Go to the Inventory Menu.
  • Click on the Stock Details Module.
  • Click on the Vendor search button and load the required vendor.
  • Click on the checkbox against the line item of inventory for which you want to print the barcode.
  • Click on the Barcode template drop-down button & select the Avery 5195 - 60 label template.
  • Finally click on the ‘Print Selected Barcodes’ button to print the smaller 5195 labels.
